Complete Childhood Immunisation Services in Lagos
Child immunisation services in Lagos
Keeping your child up to date on their vaccinations is one of the most important things you can do as a parent. The Nigerian National Programme on Immunisation sets out a vaccination schedule that protects children against diseases like polio, measles, hepatitis B, tuberculosis, diphtheria, whooping cough, and more.
ExCare Health provides the full range of childhood immunisations across our branches in Lagos. Our trained clinical staff will guide you through the schedule, track which vaccines your child has received, and remind you when the next dose is due.
The immunisation schedule

What to bring to your appointment
Bring your child's immunisation card (the green or blue card issued at birth or at your first vaccination visit). If you have lost the card, our staff can help reconstruct the record and issue a replacement. If this is your child's first visit to ExCare for vaccinations, bring any previous vaccination records you have.
Walk-ins and appointments
Childhood immunisations are available at all ExCare branches during normal operating hours. You do not need an appointment, though calling ahead during peak periods (Monday mornings, for instance) can reduce your waiting time.
For parents who are behind schedule
If you have missed a vaccination date, do not worry. The schedule can be adjusted. Bring your child in and our clinical team will assess which vaccines are outstanding and create a catch-up plan. There is no need to restart the full course if doses have been missed.
